The Sin of Certainty: Online Book Club (Chapter 8)
With compelling and often humorous stories from his own life, Bible scholar Peter Enns offers a fresh look at how Christian life truly works, answering questions that cannot be addressed by the idealized traditional doctrine of “once for all delivered to the saints.”
Enns offers a model of vibrant faith that views skepticism not as a loss of belief, but as an opportunity to deepen religious conviction with courage and confidence. This is not just an intellectual conviction, he contends, but a more profound kind of knowing that only true faith can provide.

Listening Group for Couples
Navigating marriage, parenting, deconstruction, work, healing and so much more all at the same time can be exhausting and isolating. Sometimes, knowing that others are going through the same thing can be all you need to carry on.
Groups of 4 partners or 6 individuals are invited to meet together in group spiritual direction for 6 weeks to bear witness to one another and provide a container for processing and support. Led by spiritual director and pastor, Holly Phillips, each two-hour session will include a guided time of centering, time for sharing, silence, and prayer, along with resources (podcasts, articles) to digest in between meetings.
Cost is $250 per couple (Group 1) or $175 per individual (Group 2). Please don’t let cost be the reason you don’t partake of this offering; we can make funds available for those who need it. Reach out if you have any questions. Sign Up and Schedule Below!
