Post Evangelical Collective - Austin Regional Gathering

  • 04 Center 2701 South Lamar Boulevard Austin, TX, 78704 United States (map)

The Post Evangelical Collective exists to connect, cultivate, and resource post evangelical churches around the country. We are church leaders, artists, and other stakeholders who find ourselves estranged from the dominant expressions of American Christianity, but who aren't ready to give up on the church yet.

Join us on Tuesday, May 23rd, from 10am-3pm, for our first Austin Regional Gathering. We will be talking about spiritual trauma--what it is and how to be better equipped to help people who have experienced it. Our time will be led by Kyndra Frazier, a licensed clinician and ordained clergywoman who specializes in helping people navigate spiritual trauma and was recently recognized by the Root 100 as one of the Most Influential African-Americans.

The gathering is hosted by leaders from local churches (Austin New Church, Restore Austin, The Vine, Simpson UMC, and Peace of Christ Wilco) and will take place at The 04 Center--2701 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704. It will also be a time to connect with like-minded leaders from cities like Austin, Houston, Waco, San Antonio, and everywhere in between. The gathering will be centered around these relationships and our hope is to continue fostering them in the future! Lunch will be provided.
